A man overdoses on meth. In the hospital now, he discusses his treatment options with a doctor. A nurse listens in and gives his thoughts. In the end, the men sign the patient up for a few rehabilitation programmes, and let him off with a warning, “Remember, we can’t help you unless you help yourself.” The man, still having a headache from the Narcan he’s on, grasps onto the last glimmer of hope, even after methamphetamine destroys his dreams. “Sign me up, I’ll do it.”
