Before You Submit

All submissions must be accompanied by completed feedback forms from all team members. Please follow the steps below to guide you along.

  1. Click on the button below to be directed to the feedback form.

  2. Send the link to all your team members; all members are required to complete the form.

  3. Once every member of your team completed the feedback form, click on the ‘Go To Validation Form’ button below to validate your team’s feedback.

  4. ⁠Complete the form with all team members’ names and email addresses. (Please ensure that you enter the same name and email addresses that were used in the feedback forms)

  5. ⁠A Submission Form link will be sent to you via email. Complete the form to submit your video!
