Jill is a high-functioning, overachieving student with ADHD. Desperate to live up to everyone’s expectations, her Adderall prescription spirals into an uncontrollable addiction. Sourcing pills from unverified channels, they sharpen her focus at first, but dependence soon clouds her thinking and weakens her body. On the day of a decisive exam, she runs out and collapses under the crushing weight of withdrawal and expectation. Forced to confront her hidden struggle, she embarks on a journey of recovery with the support of those around her. Through life’s ups and downs, Jill learns recovery does not happen overnight, but it begins when she stops doing it alone.
