As they pulled it out to show him, he then grew suspicions.

The main character (MC) is working multiple jobs to cover mounting hospital bills for a parent. His friend notices his stress and asks about his situation. After hearing about the financial strain, the friend suggests that the MC become a drug dealer. Initially, the MC is scared and reluctant, but the potential earnings convince him to give it a try. As he continues dealing drugs, he starts to notice the deteriorating condition of his customers with each transaction. He realizes that his actions are causing them harm, but despite his growing guilt, he continues dealing and then he will flashback to the point with his friends and then he will reject them.
