The story follows a student who, overwhelmed by stress and depression, turns to drugs in hopes of alleviating his problems. However, rather than solving his issues, the drugs worsen them. A concerned friend notices his struggle and steps in to offer support. The video uses dramatized real-life scenarios to emphasize the dangers of drug use, aiming to leave a lasting impression on viewers. It encourages awareness of the negative consequences of drugs, stressing the importance of making informed choices and seeking help when needed. The theme of offering support to those in need is central to the film, as shown by the friend who helps the student overcome his addiction.

BREATHE

This video is titled “Breathe” to show how breathing in the harmful particles of drugs is no alternative to breathing air and how it only leads to a short time of enjoyment but a long string of chaos. This video illustrates how a student falls prey to the poor influences of his classmate, amidst his crisis of being bullied and alienated, which ultimately leads him to succumb to the temptation of drugs. However a turn of events occurs right at the end when his secret life of drugs is discovered by his innocent sibling. This video underscores the effects of drugs on people, especially students, and how it can and will affect everyone around them, and how one true friend can make a difference.

However, he finds that his brother gets very angry at him because of the fact that by doing drugs, he has endangered everyone on his family. Especially his son.

Lucas is a model student who started falling behind in his Chinese, as such, he decides to turn to his trusty search engine (Google). He comes across a suggestion, “Drugs” and decides to click on the website. As such, he finds himself soon in a downwards spiral of addiction and helplessness. In the end, he is taken away for rehabilitation as he has made his teachers, friends and family victims of his abuse.

A boy called “Bryan” was walking back home from school in a lethargic mood and tripped over a book. Since he was already frustrated, he decided to pick up the book and was about throw it until he saw one of the pages that had a picture that looked like him. With curiosity on his mind, he decided to explore the contents of it. So, he opened the book and started reading it. He was then suddenly thrown into the story and greeted by a man with a small ziplock bag in his hand.That was when Bryan realized that the story was about a guy who was offered drugs. There were two choices, yes or no that lead to different pages of the book that will also lead to different outcomes and Bryan has to make the choice. Bryan chose yes and flipped to the page to see what would happen, but everything turned out badly. Bryan was in the news and on the headlines about drug abuse, which sabotaged his friends’ life after college, like getting jobs. His family’s reputation was also ruined because his relatives found out about him doing drug abuse, and made them hate him. As the outcome was not good, Bryan had the chance to rewind back in time to make the right decision.Bryan flipped back to the page where the choices were at and picked no and flipped to that page. This led to go better and happier ending for Bryan.

Despite setbacks, they take crucial steps toward recovery, facing their demons and learning from their mistakes. The journey highlights the importance of perseverance, support, and self-reflection. Ultimately, the character goes beyond just the initial recovery, embracing a new life committed to staying drug-free and helping others avoid the same pitfalls.

Sweet or Sour is a short film that dives into the impact of a single moment on a man’s life. Billy, now a janitor at his old secondary school, following through his habitual retirement days. Until his routine was disrupted when a student’s simple act of kindness pulls him into a reminiscent of a pivotal moment from Billy’s troubled teenage years, pulling him back into his past. Flashbacks shows young Billy, a promising student grappling with personal struggles.His friend, Leo’s offer of a candy as an escape from his sorrows, in which sets off a chain reaction that leads Billy down a path of addiction and regret. The film delves into a hallucinatory confrontation with his own reflection, capturing Billy’s descent into worthlessness and anger.
